BasatClub Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and BasatClub ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the BasatClub platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using BasatClub immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically so they stay informed.

1.2 One Account Per Player

1.3 Accurate Information

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. 1.4 KYC Verification

BasatClub may ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie with your CNIC. Withdrawals may be held pending the completion of KYC. This process is standard practice and protects you from fraud.

Withdrawing your winnings from BasatClub should be a smooth and predictable experience. We process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, subject to the following conditions and typical timelines.

Withdrawals are only processed to accounts and payment methods that have been verified under your BasatClub profile. We do not send funds to third parties under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review which typically runs automatically in the background.

If your account has an active bonus, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before any withdrawal will be approved. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

BasatClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred. In the event of suspension, we will attempt to contact you via the email on your account. Appeals must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of notification.

BasatClub provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the platform runs smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BasatClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds due to technical failures, delays in payment processing, or errors resulting from third-party payment providers.

In jurisdictions where some or all of the above limitations are not permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using BasatClub is lawful in their specific location.

BasatClub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at basatclub.app/terms-conditions with a "Last Updated" date clearly displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the BasatClub platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

Material changes — such as significant modifications to withdrawal policies or bonus rules — will be communicated via email to the address registered on your account. We recommend keeping your email address up to date so you never miss an important update.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to BasatClub's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to BasatClub's customer support team for informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through formal arbitration. Players based in Pakistan who wish to raise a complaint may do so through the following steps:

• Step 2: Our team will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If unresolved, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by BasatClub.

BasatClub's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms are final in all matters relating to fair play, bonus administration, and account management, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
